Fundraising

CACS is dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience to your child(ren). Offering your help and support to CACS fundraising activities allows CACS to keep tuition very reasonable for an above average Catholic education. Please help us to continue the awesome fundraising tradition at CACS by volunteering today! Watch the weekly parent packets

Calumet County Fair Beverage Sales: Ameila Piepenburg
• CACS has been fortunate to be asked to sell beverages at the pavilion and under the
grandstands, Saturday, September 2nd, of the Calumet County Fair, from 11am-Midnight in
the pavilion area and 6-10pm under the grandstands.
• Listen to live music and enjoy the atmosphere, all while raising money for CACS.

• This is CACS’s largest fundraiser and we need your help to make it all happen!
• Enjoy this incredible night out for adults including food, drinks, live auction, silent auction,
raffle items and games! Get those bidding numbers ready and bid on extraordinary items!
• You can help this committee with many things big or small
• Volunteer time to stuff envelopes and make follow-up calls for donations. Don’t
forget to ask those you do business with including your employer!
• Help organize donations before and during the event.
• Help with Check-in, Check-out, guest assistance and other tasks throughout the night

Fresh Pizza Sales: Nicole Ziegelbauer
• The Famous Neighborhood Pub and Grill Pizza fundraiser . Everyone loves this fundraiser as
the pizzas sell themselves.
• Pizzas will be made FRESH with all gourmet toppings.
• Pick up, Bake, and Enjoy!!! Pizzas can also be frozen and saved a quick & easy dinner night.
• Date to be Determined but sometime in the fall. Watch your parent newsletter for
more info.

Calendar Raffle: Amiee Daun 
• CACS calendars are a Fan Favorite! Featuring 3k-8th grade students and staff.
• Up to 7 weekly winners drawn each week
• Prizes range from a low of $25 to $50 or $75 or $100 or $500 for designated special
occasions with the final prize drawn worth $1000.00
• Buy a $20 calendar for yourself and share one with a friend or make it a year – long
Christmas gift!
• Calendars are sold from Mid-November through December

Spaghetti Dinner: Angeline Heiberger 
• Start off Catholic Schools Week with our Annual spaghetti dinner. It is a fun time filled with
great fellowship and great dessert! After, head over to CACS open house and check out the
talented artwork, teachers, and bookfair!
• Volunteers are needed on Saturday to setup and prep food as well as on Sunday to help cook,
serve, and clean up.
• Each Family is asked to donate a yummy dessert to help make the event a success. Stay
tuned in the newsletter for more upcoming information.
• The Spaghetti Dinner is held the last Sunday in January to kick off Catholic Schools
week

Super Raffle: Amanda Schaefer
• Each year the school sells raffle tickets for cash prizes. Each family is asked to purchase or
sell 2 or more tickets.
• Super Raffle is a fun and easy way to help make a difference at CACS. Help sell Tickets after
Mass, or enjoy selling tickets to family members, neighbors, or friends!
This fundraiser runs from January through March/April

Lent Fish Fry: Geri Geiger & Haley Krueger
• Join us at our new location, Cheers of Chilton, for an eventful night of food and fellowship.
Lent is the perfect time to reconnect with or deepen one’s faith.
• CACS Families are asked to provide homemade desserts to include with dinner. Last year we
had over 100 pieces of dessert!
• Volunteer options are endless at this event. You can be a hostess, wait tables, sell 50/50,
hand out desserts or help with clean up.
