CLUBS / ORGANIZATIONS:CACS Brain Games Club advisor, Kimberly community band member, Sacred Heart Parish pastoral council member, Eucharistic Minister.

HOBBIES / INTERESTS: Outside of school, I enjoy reading, crocheting, biking, and cooking/baking.  I love spending time with my family and friends, whether it’s going cross-country skiing, playing board games, or doing crossword puzzles.  I also am a fan of the Green Bay Packers!

PERSONAL / PROFESSIONAL STATEMENT:I love teaching 4th grade at Chilton Area Catholic School.  As a product of Catholic education myself, CACS is a perfect and natural fit for me.  I seek to make learning both enjoyable and meaningful for my students.  Developing real-world applications and cross-curricular connections helps my students apply our learning in school to their everyday lives.  I feel that it’s important to build a community of learners in the classroom where each student feels valued not only as an individual but celebrated as an important member of the group.  We get to grow in our faith together every day in 4th grade, and each new day gives us an opportunity to continue our fun learning adventure!

FAVORITE CACS MEMORY: I love getting students engaged in hands-on projects that are both fun and meaningful to really bring their learning to life. Seeing my classes over the years get excited about our special fourth grade Wisconsin Pioneer Day at CACS has been neat to see!
